LPS Fall Retreat ‘25

The LPS Fall Retreat is a three-day event designed for students to grow in relationship with God and faith-filled friends!

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT DEADLINES
Registration will automatically close when capacity is reached.

• Registration will officially close at 11:59PM on Sunday, November 9th.
• $50 deposit due upon registration to secure your spot.
• Final payments are due before drop-off on November 14th.

PARENT MEETING
This gathering is optional, but encouraged.

• Sunday, November 9th at 2:30pm.  This meeting will go over the schedule, packing list, check-in day, and other important info before we leave. A recording will be available upon request.

F.A.Q.

• When will we be leaving and returning?
  • Friday, November 14th - Check-in starts at 5pm at Life Point. Parents are required to drop-off their student unless special permission is given. We will eat pizza upon arrival at Life Point before departing.
  • Sunday, November 16th - Students can be picked up at 2pm at Life Point. 
• Medication?
  • All medications, prescriptions, and over the counter drugs must be brought in the original bottle to the Fall Retreat nurse at check-in on Friday. It will remain in our care until Sunday morning. 
• What do I pack?
  • Sleeping bag or bedding for a twin size bed, blanket, pillow, towels, toiletries, appropriate clothing for services, clothes and shoes that can get dirty (possibly ruined), personal hygiene items, Bible, notebook, pen, and spending money for snacks / drinks / lunch on the way back. Students and staff are responsible for their own personal belongings.
  • Optional: disposable or digital camera
  • Leave devices besides phones at home (phones will be available during specific windows of time in the schedule, and otherwise will be kept in cabin leaders’ care)
  • 2 BAG LIMIT (1 personal + 1 carry-on).
